Responsibilities

•Be a part of support desk and resolve incidents, support request on daily basis
•Liaise with various support teams to improve support channels for business processes
•Ensure all business systems are running smoothly and minimize incidents
•Interact with global IT teams, solution partners to deliver IT solutions to business effectively
•Promote the use of Standard Business Processes and workflows
•Identify constraints and recommend solutions to the businesses for process improvement
•Provide on-going assistance and training to business application users
•Evaluate support needs and assist in the creation of user training materials
•Ensure appropriate documentation for all activities pertaining to process improvement
•Involve in delivering IT project deliverables

Requirements

•An academic degree holder with 6 to 8 years working experience as IT Professional
•IT Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and Cloud Solutions are advantages
•Working experience in multinational companies are preferred
•Strong Experience in supporting ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Navision and Oracle ERP
•IT support skills such as software installation, troubleshooting and network configuration
•Strong report development skills in well-known products such as (Excel, Pivot, SQL queries and Crystal Report)
•Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
•Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
•Strong communication skills in English is a must

SENIOR REACT NATIVE DEVELOPER (2 positions)

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Understand requirements, design, code, and test high-quality web and mobile apps
• Take wireframes from conception to implementation and design and improve user interfacing
• Work in frameworks such as: React, Vue, Bootstrap, NodeJS, and JQuery
• Are skilled in UI Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking Methodology
• Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Agile development methodology

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:

• Must have strong knowledge in all of the following technology areas: HTML5, CSS3, JSON, jQuery & DOM APIs
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript(React) code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha

PREFERRED TECH AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience on Vue or Angular is desirables
• Experience on Adobe PhoneGap or Ionic or Xamarin or Flutter
• Candidates should be available full-time and able to start as soon as possible.
• Have shipped at least one product using React Native
• Experience interfacing to back-end APIs (Amplify, Firebase, other APIs)
• A working understanding of native iOS and/or Android native APIs/language
• Familiarity with code versioning tools Git
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Parcel, Babel, Webpack, NPM & Yarn 
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience working in a team environment
• Creativity and flexibility

EXTRA CREDIT: 

• Any graduate from Myanmar
• 4 yrs experience, web/mobile/hybrid development in general

At least 2 years teaching experience is required, regardless of nationality. All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a first degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE). They are required to possess a state or nationally recognized certificate in EAL, at either degree or post-graduate level, or TESOL/DELTA qualifications or CLIL/CBI training.
