13. Support and lead sales team to ensure excellent outlet execution in point of sales ( POP and POSM ) control and trade invest

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Management and Master Degree is advantaged. 
• More than five years working experience ( preferred FMCG and Food ) Sales and Distribution 
• Strategic Thinking

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively internally and externally

Job Description

·        A site engineer manage parts of a construction project (also known as packages), providing technical advice, supervising labor on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time schedule.

·        A site engineer offers advice in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical drawing of construction projects.

·        A site engineer must coordinate with the project director and prepare reports.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in civil engineering and building project Projects.

- Assist to supervisor to train the sales team in the basics of draught, and support the development of an outlet training module for draught customers.
- To follow and work out the procedure on installation sanitation, and trouble shooting.
- Able to work existing tasks and occasionally advise by Draught Supervisor:
1) Selection of correct equipment for Correct Outlets
2) Service and maintenance of equipment
3) Draught beer system installation and best practices
4) Fault finding
5) Sanitation and routine servicing

- Engineering degree (B.E, A.G.T.I, THS)

Experience:
- 2 to 5+ years relevant technical experience, ideally in FMCG/beer industry
- 2+ years sales management experience
- Car driving skill 2+ years.

• Facilitate dealers on doing business with Osotspa Myanmar and monitor P&L
• Ensure dealer sales-in and stocks holding to be in line with monthly target allocated
• Monitor the JSE sales performance and visit call to be in line with company guideline
• Recommend revision of the route plan and request for additional manpower when the area has more business potential than original projection and over current JSE coverage capacity
• In-store merchandising execution is well implemented as guideline
• Resolve market and operation issues within the area
• Provide market intelligent to the company
• Set yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales target and promotion budget for distributor
• Ensure product visibility and availability with right pricing

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations
• Have experience in filed Traditional Trade and Distributor management would be advantage.
• Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
• Able to work at lowercountry
• Able analyze market information including presentations to executives level.
